Marketing Strategy
Have a multi-channel strategy that delivers

Why would you need me?
You want to grow market share
You need brand awareness
You want to optimise your website
You're not hitting your targets
Current marketing is not working
You've a new competitor on your heels
At the heart of what I offer is an authentic connection to your customers - essentially an effective marketing strategy in response to your business objectives, customer insights, competitive set and digital trends. And to be effective, you need a cohesive strategy, fuelled by excellent content. That’s what I do, and have done for over 20 years. I don’t favour digital over more traditional tactics, I just employ what’s needed.
My customers tend to be introduced to me in various states of ‘undress’. Mainly they’re too busy to give marketing their utmost, they need their website optimised or they’re a little uncertain about how the new world of digital marketing can help their business.
Google Adwords? SEO? Google Analytics? All a bit of a blur? Did you miss the social media boat? There’s no shame in that. In my experience there are a few ‘must dos’ and this is what I focus on - things that WORK and work well.
In three months I’ll :
Make sure your brand is strong - poke it about a bit
Design your marketing strategy - you may need Facebook, you may not
Competitor analysis
Website check
Digital audit
Content audit
Set up a virtual team to make the agreed plan happen
Then step away and manage things from an affordable distance
As I’m not an agency, I can call on the right people once we’ve agreed the strategy. They’re people I’ve worked with before - experts I know and trust to deliver, managed by myself. Specialists that ensure you’ve website Analytics in place, that the essential Google Adwords are running and I also source content developers, such as blog writers, whilst designing your creative approach.
What we often find, is that before we can start on inbound marketing other holes must sometimes be plugged or rough bits polished. But on the plus side, these things are often a ‘do once and reap the benefits forever’ kind of thing; such as Brand Positioning, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Website Analytics, Email Automation and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
